Wisdom from Gandalf for these times

After the shock with what is occurring here in Australia I found myself thinking about the movie The Lord of the Rings and decided to watch it again.

There were some gems that spoke to me and I wanted to share them with you.

“Frodo, don’t give in, not now. The shadow does not hold sway not over you, not over you” says Gandalf.

And

“Who then do I trust?” asks Frodo

“You must trust in yourself. Trust your own strengths” replies Gandalf.

There is both a Frodo and a Gandalf in all of us.

Keep questioning, keep feeling, keep sensing, keep expressing and underneath it all you will find the voice of calm and great wisdom. Listen to it and trust it.
