What is Pelvic Steaming?
Pelvic Steaming is also known as Yoni steaming, Vaginal Steaming and Perineum steam.

I love Steaming. My first steam was a coming home. It felt so natural, relaxing and beautiful and oh how I wished I knew about this earlier.
Pelvic Steaming is gently nourishing, cleansing and toning to the tissue of the vulva, vagina and reproductive organs. Since the anus and urinary tract sit close these areas of the body also benefit from steaming.

Pelvic Steaming has helped regulate a woman's menstrual cycles, reduce menstrual pain, support natural fertility, reproductive health and a woman's transition into menopause.

How does pelvic steaming it work?

Filtered Water is heated with medicinal herbs creating a gentle steam. The steam rising from the bowl is placed on the floor under a steam stool which a woman sits on. Medicinal plant oils are carried by the steam into the tissues of the womb and reproductive tissues.

Where did Pelvic Steaming come from?

Vaginal steaming or smoking is a wisdom tradition that women from many cultures continue practicing today all around the world including the first women of Australia. In the Steaming community it is said that Steaming has been here since women have been on the Earth.
This simple, preventative, healing and nourishing wisdom that was passed down through ancestral lines has been lost to many women in the West. When I started introducing steaming in my Pelvic Care Practice I found women loved it. They started asking me. Can I do this at home? What herbs do I use? How often and when?
It was something I did intuitively after having a steam years ago in Bali which was such a beautiful and effective experience. When women wanted to know more and start steaming at home I decided to do further study. I am now certified in Vaginal Steaming joining the world wide growing community.
