A Falling Sky
In dreaming I saw the sky fall. Blue sky dropped from Above to Below.
It was odd. I watched my mind try to compute this idea of the sky not above but underneath my feet.
A few years ago in dreaming a voice told me in the stillness that "the worlds concept of God is changing". I was surprised to feel trepidation come forward as I heard this news. This idea that what I thought was reality may no longer be.
And so I have watched and experienced this time where our concepts of what has been true is being continually challenged. Old ways of thinking and seeing perhaps may not be true now and are falling away. The veil becoming thinner and thinner....to see through.
Our concepts of how life is and should be form the foundation of the way we walk and who we think we are. So we can feel quite threatened with this changing. Less analytical thinking, more feeling and observing our reactions curiously, supports us as the veils peel away.
In the Healing Art of Tarot the Tower card reflects the dismantling of old identities we have built and seat ourselves on. We can be reluctant to move with the cycles of change or we can harness the warrior within and run out to meet the change that comes for us as portrayed by the Shaman in the Tower Card in Jyoti Mckie's Healing Earth Deck. The old structure will topple down and it can empower us or we can resist it and topple with it.
Ancient wisdom spoke of a time when the Feminine would rise up and the Masculine would descend to Earth. A reversal. The Feminine is indeed rising and with it all sorts of old emotions that have not had the space and movement to express before this time.
What we must remember is this time of transition is not about gendre or race. What he did or she did. It is about the meeting of the Feminine and Masculine, the Spirit and the Will in a new way. Both aspects of self have suffered and are within every person male or female. We can either split off and polarise to a further extreme repeating our mistakes of the past or we work together with the intent of healing and restoring Sacred Balance to ourselves and the collective world soul.
This is a time to relearn the Art of receiving, listening, giving each other space to share and releasing old feelings that are stirred in a safe way for ourselves and each other.
People, events and energy currents influencing the planet will trigger you. The Sky is falling - the beliefs you hold are dropping away, the old reality no longer stands up.
The Earth is rising up, feelings are being felt, expressed, emotions are making new movement. The Feminine is finding her place and the Masculine is also dropping into a new alignment.
Earth and Sky come to meet and dance together, a renewal, a Sacred Balance of these contrasting qualities.
